It sometimes ‘pops’ into white kernels similar to popcorn.Organic QualityGenmaicha is judged by the quality and grade of the green tea leaves (high grades are made with select Sencha leaf) and by the flavor and quality of the toasted rice (organic is preferred). ご使用の目安

Brewing GenmaichaBrew one level teaspoon of leaf in eight ounces pure, spring or filtered water at 180ºF for four minutes. Leaf can be reinfused two times.
